Diversity at APU
This weeks talk on diversity was really interesting. I never thought about how some people would take simple questions so offensively. I was inspired to be more aware of others and more cautious about what i say.

Top 5
My top 5 strengths were:
Activator- this is true for me because often times i get tired of doing the same things and often look for things to plan and other fun things to do. People usually call me to see whats going on or to get something together. I often times do get very impatient because im usually always in a hurry and waiting on things or people bugs me.
Woo- i love meeting new people and finding new friends. Random conversations have always been a challenge for me in a good way. i enjoy getting to know people and finding out what makes them like they are.
Command- like Activator i am usually put in charge of things because i do well making sure everything gets done by assigning certain people to certain positions.
Comunication- Conversations have always been fun for me. I enjoy finding out about people, telling stories, and relating to people any way i can.
Self-Assurance- i have always preferred learning things my own way. i tend to be pretty stubborn. But most of the time I am confident in the decisions i make and why i made them.

Who am i?
Hello! My name is Skyler Lewis and I am from Tyler, Texas. I am the oldest of three siblings. I am a Graphic Design Major here at APU. I like hanging out with friends, shopping, and going to the beach. Right now i would either Huntington or Venice are my favorites right now. I am loving APU and have found some of the best friends here. Im looking forward to a great year here at APU.
